Shipping
Unless written differently on the top of the product page, all orders will dispatch from the studio within 4 to 8 days.
All order usually get to destination within 14-28 business days from delivery, although sometimes, it can take faster or longer than that.
< ! >  During the worldwide COVID-19 Situation Postal services are slower and make no guarantees. Please be patient.

Shipping rates & method

Depending on the item weight, we calculate the shipping cost (per item) at checkout. After making an order - a tracking number will be provided when the shipment was sent < ! > If you didn't get the tracking number please check your email spam, sometimes the tracking number will get there. 
Rates also depend on the destinations, for example, domestic are the most cheaper, then Europe, then north America and Australia & NZ are the most expensive.
Rates:
Up to 0.5kg: 15-22$
0.5 to 0.75kg: 20-27$
0.75 to 1kg: 23-30$
1 to 1.5kg: 26-35$
Please note - we can't be responsible or take care of any other charges held by your local post office or local customs.


We Ship to
Europe, North America, Israel, Australia & NZ.
With the growth of the store we hope to ship in the near future to the rest of the world.

Packaging
Depends on the item size, usually we use tubes but Small items may be packed in flat and secure envelopes.

Colors 
Please keep in mind that the colors of artworks might be different from those on screen. We do our best to match the colors from reality to screen.
As with any indoor artwork, avoid touching with dirty hands, exposure to direct sunlight and dust.

Return policy
returns and exchanges can be made within 21 business days from delivery date. If you want to exchange a product or return it - Please inform us before returning any items and we will guide you through the returning process.

Transport Damage
If the product is lost or you noticed that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
